Summer 2021: All summer, teens in our PAL Acting programs have been practicing their skills in various parks throughout the city. Teens focused on Acting, Speech Work, Nutrition, Physical Warmups, creating original pieces (monologues, poems, songs and scripts) and learning about Theatre of the Oppressed along with studying the history of the African American, Latin X experience and the history of the indigenous people of this land.

The Acting program also took trips to Philadelphia, Washington DC and SUNY-Purchase. These trips help teens practice their craft in different cities, visit historical sites and learn about the college process while at SUNY - Purchase.
