February 2021: In our February Program Updates letter from our Executive Director Frederick J. Watts, Mr. Watts thanked our partner The Garden of Dreams Foundation. Today we’d like to tell you a little bit more about our partner and the work they have supported here at PAL.
The Garden of Dreams Foundation, in partnership with MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and MSG Networks, works to provide young people with life-changing access to opportunities, mentorships, and experiences. Guided by four core principles – Education, Inspiration, Grants, and Moments of Joy, the charity has been bringing memorable and impactful experiences to families since 2006. This past holiday season, Garden of Dreams partnered with PAL for their Adopt-a-Family Program through which PAL’s families received gifts in time for the holidays. More recently, the foundation provided PAL kids with a virtual basketball experience with the Harlem Globetrotters!
We are grateful for their continued support and look forward to introducing you to more of our amazing partners.
